About Me

For more than twenty years, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating difficult seasons. Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives and yet, one of the most painful when things feel disconnected, tense, or fragile. Whether you’re stuck in repeating arguments, rebuilding after a breach of trust, feeling more like roommates than partners, or simply wanting to strengthen your connection, therapy can offer a structured and supportive space to begin again.

I am Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on fostering mutual respect and commitment, enhancing friendship, creating shared meaning, and learning how to manage conflict in healthier ways. With the help of the Gottman assessment, I work to create a tailored treatment plan for each couple prioritizing the areas of their relationship most in need of therapeutic intervention. I work to help each partner feel heard while also gently challenging the dynamics that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is not just to help you navigate conflict more successfully, but to help you build a relationship that is secure, respectful, and connected.

In addition to couples therapy, I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Across all of my work, I bring a grounded presence shaped by years of experience in diverse clinical settings and leadership roles within behavioral health. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, but also challenge you in ways that foster meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other research-informed strategies, always tailored to your unique situation and goals.

Additionally, I serve as a Qualified Supervisor for Clinical Social Work, mentoring registered interns as they grow into confident and ethical clinicians. Leadership and clinical excellence have been central themes throughout my career, and I bring that same intentionality and structure into my therapy work.

Whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple, I am committed to creating a safe, respectful space where growth can begin. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and wellness both individually and in your relationships.
